The Knead Owner

A note from the founder, Mya

Hi there! I am a manhattan-based, Boston-born chef obsessed with everything food.  I attended Colby College where I studied studio art and art history while finding any and all ways to cook (and eat).  In 2016, I received my professional culinary degree from the International Culinary Center, graduating top of my class, and honed my skills at Michelin starred restaurants in NYC.  Since then, I have spent many years working in the hospitality industry, mainly fast-casual restaurants and bakeries. I founded The Knead during the Corona Virus Pandemic in 2020 as a way to spread love through cookies!

  • The Knead rotates more than 15 flavors over the course of the year.

    Some of our flavors include: brown butter snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, salted triple chocolate, oatmeal chocolate chip, peanut butter, white chocolate cashew, salted malted chocolate chip, oatmeal white chocolate, ginger molasses, milk chocolate hazelnut, and oatmeal raisin.

  • All cookies are processed in a facility that uses peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, eggs, and milk. If you have questions please feel free to contact us.

  • The Knead Cookies are baked fresh to order and flash frozen to ensure optimal freshness upon arrival. We recommend eating ASAP for optimal freshness. Uneaten cookies can be stored at room temperature for up to a week or in the freezer for up to a month.

  • At the moment, The Knead does not offer vegan or gluten free options.
